If so, a service contact will give you peace of mind up to 7 years or 100,000 on a new vehicle. A Extended Service Agreements is simply a mechanical breakdown policy that pays the cost of parts and labor for covered repairs. Includes substitute transportation for overnight repairs and towing allowance for covered repairs. Various coverage levels and deductible options are available for both new and most pre-owned vehicles.
GUARANTEED ASSET PROTECTION (GAP)
If you purchased a new vehicle with little down or had negative equity on your trade you should consider GAP insurance. GAP insurance covers the difference between actual cash value and loan balance in the event of total loss due to theft or collision. Imagine paying a remaining balance on vehicle you no longer won. A GAP policy will also pay up to $1000 of your insurance deductible in most states.
